About me

Hello, we are just a regular bunch of girls who are overweight!

Between us we have 5 husbands, 12 kids, 4 dogs, 6 cats and various other pets.

We have got together to support each other in our efforts to diet and hope to share our experiences with you.

Like you we have tried so many different diets all promising much but all failing to deliver any long term benefits.

That's when we decided to take our own path to weight  loss.

Serious weight loss is not just about cutting out the huge bars of chocolate every night, or cutting out the visits  to the fast food takeaways. It is much more  complex than that and requires a positive lasting commitment.

Getting fat just doesn't happen overnight! Fat creeps up on you, slowly ounce by ounce. You don't ever really notice. Its doesn't even register that you might be getting fat when you suddenly start buying size 16-18 clothes. Not even the tired laziness gives the game away.

In the same way that getting fat takes time, getting thin and losing weight also takes time! Understand this and you are someway towards losing weight. Diets to lose weight only work if you are committed and trust us diet food does not come out of  your local store freezer or chiller department.

Diet food comes out of your kitchen!

Diet food is designed, prepared, made and eaten by you. And the bottom line is this. If you can't be bothered to prepare and eat healthy food, you will always be fat! Weight loss takes effort. Dieting takes effort. But your efforts will be rewarded, because eventually you will reap the rewards of  a controlled diet. 

We have a friend who is a chef and has agreed to help us, by creating simple, quick to prepare recipes that will help us to loose weight! We will share each video recipe with you to help you lose weight too. So join our mailing list and join us in the battle against the bulge and together we will lose weight.

The person had been looking at our site so at last we have an audience that is outside of our close family and friends. A little investigation brought us to the main site for that blog and we were so annoyed! Delicious recipes and all out of bounds. So we will ask our "personal chef" (hehe - we conned him into doing this really) to make diet friendly alternatives.
